New Family Member!

Hello Everyone!

Meet Pistachio! Our new family member! He (don't actually know the sex as I would need to do a DNA test) is a young pineapple Green Cheek conure. So while he may not have paws I will still be using my pawsitive reinforment methods with him 😉

Poppy is in love with him and just wants to be with him all day. Right now they do not interact while Pistachio is out of the cage as Poppy is likely to become overexcited and I am still working on creating a bond and trust with Pistachio, not wanting him to injure himself if Poppy's excitement scares him.
